VILLA ROMANA PIAZZA ARMERINA: FOOD AND HISTORY

Wednesday, March 4 was held a conference at Palazzo Trigona for the presentation of 'Tarikhuna' and 'Extra Moenia', two educational projects by the Regional Museum of Villa Romana del Casale.

"Tarikhuna", which in Arabic means 'our story', is an educational media that presents the history of the Villa Romana del Casale interactively;

and "Extra Moenia. Villa without Frontiers "which is a reworking as contemporary recipes of Roman iconographic subjects relevant to present in some ornate mosaics of the Villa Romana del Casale.

This second project will be presented at EXPO 2015.
